Kevane La’Marr Coleman and Anthony (Tony) Mathew Houck first met in Boston, MA in 2006 when they were both cast in a regional production of Stephen Schwartz’s, Pippin. They instantly fell in love and have been together for 11 years. Kevane is originally from San Diego, CA and attended Boston College and obtained a dual Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law and Theatre Arts. Kevane has danced professionally with the Boston Ballet. Tony is originally from Pennsburg, PA and he attended the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City.
He has been on tour throughout the United States where he had the opportunity to perform on the Grand Ole Opry stage. Kevane and Tony now reside in San Diego, CA . Through the many years they have been together, they have had to overcome some pretty significant obstacles - from their individual backgrounds, as we all as society in general - but they had a dream of what their relationship could and should be. it became their common goal to overcome those trials. By now their love has stood the test of time; they haven’t just been together for 11 years, they have been together for 11 incredible, mind-blowing years! They are working together every day to ensure that the next 11 are even better. Both Kevane and Tony were thrilled to be part of such a meaningful story that proves that everybody deserves love, no matter what.
